Farewell to Dr Angela Smith

Dear Patients, we wish to advise you that Dr Angela Smith is no longer available, but we assure you that you will continue to be well looked after here at Paddington Medical Centre. Dr Mike Levy, Dr Naomi Fraser, Dr Swee Teng, Dr Matt Cadman, Dr Ron Cassano are available and will continue provide high quality care as you are accustomed to. Your health care records are available to any treating GP at our clinic, ensuring continuity of care is maintained. We wish Dr Smith all the very best with her new endeavours furthering her studies and we look forward to providing you with the very best health care in 2020.
